I've been hitting the gym typically 4-5 days a week pretty hard. Short rest between sets alternating every 3-4 weeks the workout. Calorie intake to be honest is off as I struggle to consume near 2k per day. My weight loss has been slow, but some what steady.. However, for the past 2 weeks I have been at the same weight within 2-4 pounds, but it always goes back to the same amount. I have currently lost 34 lbs over 3 months. I've decreased intake and increased my calorie intake, and it still seems to stay the same. I purhcased some Arnold Swannager cutting agent, and that hasn't really helped either. Not sure what to do.
