Hi all,
I'm a 32 yo non native english speaker man,
I’m new here and wanted to share my journey.

I started a weight loss phase at the beginning of 2025 at 96 kg (176 cm). By mid-summer, I reached 78 kg — a total loss of 18 kg. I was quite satisfied with my physique at that point.

But since I didn’t really have a new goal, I decided to cut again this year. I started my cut at the end of January 2026 at 76.4 kg, and I’m currently (end of March 2026) at 71.4 kg.

I’m still happy with my physique, but I know I can push further. However, it’s becoming mentally challenging. I feel quite lonely and don’t really have anyone to support or encourage me. That’s why I’m looking to start a log here and push through the hardest part of my journey — the final cut down to 68 kg.

My goal is to have clearly visible abs without needing special lighting. Right now, my abs are only visible when I flex, and mostly under good lighting.

I get that feeling, brother. I’ve been there. Don’t be afraid to post photos, because you will only get positive reactions and comments. It’s also good to help track your progress. We’re all here to support and push each other, bro. EF fam supports one another.
 
Since you were very welcoming I did some photos of me today, i dont really have earlier photos because I never take my self half naked in pictures.

Normal pictures relaxed, no pump.

I agree with @Grumpy1 , great base to start.

Can you give us a bit more information:

- What’s your daily macros?

- Do you track steps?

- What’s your program and cardio look like?

Yes, in the peak of my weight loss i was walking 2h a day. now it is more 1h a day

Yes currently it is 2142 Kcal with 117gr protein, 161gr carbs and 93.5gr of fat (it vary on days, between 2000 Kcal and 2300Kcal, if I move more or not)

I was in the gym last year, it was

Day 1 : Arms
Day 2 : Legs/shoulders
Day 3 Back
Day 4 Pecs/calves
Day 5 : Day 1

I stopped the gym sept 2025, because I couldnt use my car anymore, so I started bodyweight/calisthenics (I was at 78kg)
Now I dont train at the gym, my current program is

Day 1 Arms/side shoulder
Day 2 Pecs/abs
Day 3 Pull
Day 4 Arms/rear delts
Day 5 : Pecs/legs
Day 6 Pull

Day 7 = Day 1

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

That's good that you found this place because we can definitely encourage you. I would suggest checking out the other logs as well and it'd be cool to push yourself.

Bros, bodybuilding shouldn't be mentally challenging like that, especially if you're not even competing. You should be enjoying it more. Bodybuilding is more of a solo sport but you can always get some friends to work out with if that makes you happy. @NattyTest

Hello, im not struggling about bodybuilding/fitness at all, im struggling in life in general.
If I reached 96kg for instance, it was mainly i was eating a lot of suggar to emotionnaly compensate + the antipressant.

I was (still am a bit) in depression, i reduced the dosage of the antidepressant, I hope in the future to stop it completly.

I am alone in general in life, not particulary bodybuilding
