Real food.........save that money man....and go to the grocery store........Steaks, eggs, milk, all natural peanut butter, cottage cheese, protein powder, a good multi vitamin, oatmeal(not instant) etc etc......I dont take any weight gaining supplements, and in 4 months i went from 165 to 198......the only thing i would use a weight gainer for would be a meal replacement, like if you dont have time to eat. In that case make sure it has a good balance of protein carbs and fat......I had a tub of Up Your Mass by MHP, i gave it to my buddy and he used it over the course of 2 weeks, and instead of gaining 1lb a week he hit 2, each week. Not sure if it was all lean muscle but he gained it.
