endpoint,how are ya,all i do is ollow a diet that is basically like a BB diet.i mostly have 6-7 meals aday with chicken,tuna,egg whites,protein shakes,and i keep carbs low at 100-150.i have been as high as 195 and slowly dropped to make 181 class and lost no strength,i even hit pr's at 3 meets in a row.you just have to leave your protein consistent everyday (1-1.5 grms per lb bodyweight)play with the carbs .10 lbs is nothing,and i don't mean waterweight.change your diet and take it day by day..........let me know if this helps,bro.............
