Week 6 of bulking and i am sick! What to do?

I'm at Week 6 of bulking and ive started getting bad stomach cramps, diarrhea and i cant stop farting. its really gross.

but what should i do in terms of my diet? should i keep eating as much as usual or take it easy while im better?

Is there any food you have recently introduced into your diet that you may be allergic to? Allergies to egg, whey and gluten proteins are all fairly common.

Are you getting enough fibre?

Whatever you do, do not skip any meals unless your stomach is in EXCRUCIATING pain. You may want to lower your calories slightly to ensure you do not miss any meals, and then increase back to normal once you are feeling better.

BTW, you know we don't go by pounds here in Oz. ;)
 
I havnt introduced anything new to my diet
Yeh my fibre would be pretty high
I was thinking it could be food poisoning because of ive been eating meat 2x everyday
 
Take a break and slowly increase your calories until you adjust.
