Im sure what i was doing looked like one of the gms that spatts was doing.hahah My legs are shaking and my lower back is fried. Thanks again guys ill add them So today I did 6 sets of squats and 3 sets of GMS AHHHHH you all get karma

Click to expand... Thats why you arrange these exercises in different training sessions and you include exercise rotation. Also, you alternate between light and heavy workouts.
