We should make a guide to "healthy" fast food options...

I work in a Mall, so no great choices, but I get a 6in Subway Sub...Wheat bread with 2 grilled chicken breasts on it. Thats it, nothing else. Cant be that bad of a choice.

I usually eat a Subway Chicken Breast sub with all the veggies on it. It tastes great, and I get a serving of veggies out of the deal.
 
Double meat subway chicken breast sub on whole wheat with every vegetable offered is my standard "fast food PWO meal".
I've been known to surround a Wendy's chicken breast (grilled) with the burger component of a cheap double hamburger, and down the entire thing on a single bun.
The fatty beef does add more calories, so it's not ideal for a cut, but I believe the protein is around 50g per sandwich, in under 500Kcal.
Not too bad, as far as fast food goes.
