Double meat subway chicken breast sub on whole wheat with every vegetable offered is my standard "fast food PWO meal".
I've been known to surround a Wendy's chicken breast (grilled) with the burger component of a cheap double hamburger, and down the entire thing on a single bun.
The fatty beef does add more calories, so it's not ideal for a cut, but I believe the protein is around 50g per sandwich, in under 500Kcal.
Not too bad, as far as fast food goes.
