You can probably drop this by restricing water and limiting, not eliminating, your carbs. Try restricting water a little the day before, but limit your carbs since you should not be training between now and then.

Go into the deadlift with an attitude, because it is my best lift. Then start to cramp. Dropped my opener, and my second. Left fingerprints in the bar on third and got it.
