Water depletion

I have heard of cramping when having high levels of sodium, and low levels of sodium...that could be the root.

As for solution I am not sure.

Cramping can also be a sign of a magnesium deficiency. If you have trouble with regularity- this to is also a sign of a magnesium deficiency.

while i do agree with this..I do think a slow progression would cause less rebound. Maybe the same with the sodium...

Im not a doc but I would do more than eat ice chips. That IMO is not healthy. If you were at 2 gallons a day down to NONE.. maybe start with a bottle of water (8 oz, then 16, then 24 then 32 etc working your way back up) sips not chugging.. Not those #'s exactly what I think you get what I'm saying.

The first night I did like 5 glasses of ice. I was eating it like it was my job.

I actually did the slow progression deal mon-today. I'm up to 32oz. Yay for water!

I think I'm doing ok. I have another shoot at the end of the month so I'll have to do it again. Just wanted to make sure I was going about it the right way.
