Hi everybody I'm just wondering how I can tell the difference between water weight and fat? My diet is clean I do an hour of cycling a day and 30mins of hiit training a week I'm dropping weight but still hanging on to belly and love handles chest is a bit floppy as well. I hope to get some great advice as I'm now getting really down about it, and wondering weather I should try something like clen or t3. Sorry I should also mention I do 4days a week weight training, and I'm 39 years young. Thanks.
