I've seen white, black, hispanic, asian... trash that have done the same things when they had the opportunity. I don't think trash of one race is any better than trash of another.
In this situation the violence is done by predominately blacks because NO is pedominately black... this can't be debated.
BUT I won't buy the fact that A bad black man is worse than a bad white man.

You should read "When Affirmative action was white" and read about the policies (mostly under FDR's New Deal) that created the white middle class while oppressing blacks.
Yes that's right, the middle class (white or black) is a government creation. But in its creation, whites were heavily favored.

So let's take a look at the history of southern blacks here in the USA:
slavery --> reconstruction --> sharecropping --> Jim Crow --> enforced segregation--> installation as a lower class by FDR's programs--> unenforced segregation --> second class status even after civil rights laws were passed --> well intended but misguided "reverse racism" programs like affirmative action--> today.
hundreds of years of this type of treatment and you really have to wonder why things turned out the way they have?

Well, today we are supposed to be all equal with the same rights and opportunities. In fact, a Mexican crossing the border illegaly, is able to work, live here and even send money back to Mexico for his family. That proves me that nobody is poor here, unless somebody wants to live as a poor.
After what we've seen on TV, why this people has to recieve help from the government? I talk about the criminals looting and shooting on the streets (not mentioning any specific race) That help goes directly from our pockets.

Poor neighborhoods became poor due to history -- yes -- but there's no reason why poor people can't find the resolve to "not" be poor. Especially for kids born of today whose events that you describe, are not even a distant memory. Even the schools they go to are better than the ones in mexico -- yet mexicans come here to bust their asses, yet they do not. What's their excuse?
Imagine after the depression we were resolved to american being doomed forever? If all Americans had the mindset of the poor, we'd still be using outhouses.
Rationalizing the poor is what creates social benefit programs which only serve to keep them there. If you wanna keep giving up your taxes to keep people at home smoking crack and having babies -- go ahead. It's your money.
