Ive just been ramping up my diet / supps / protein to get serious again. Ive noticed that about into my 3rd day of creatine loading I start to get volcano ass from 1. either loading the creating or 2. too much whey. Ive been using Isopure and Myoplex as protien sources. Plenty of fruits/veggies through out my 6 separated meals a day that included lean meats such as fish and chicken breasts. I also include som good ole oats in the morning. IM not sure what is causing this, all I know it is a "pain in the ass", and Im trying to find out why its happening. Anyone have any pointers or suggestions around this, or has anyone experienced this and how did you fix it?
