vitex - please help with experience

Hi!
I just purchased a bottle of Solaray Vitex extract.Has anyone had any experiece using it ? I read so much different opinions but no one seems to have any experience using it.The thing is I'll be doing a cycle next week and I want to be sure that my test levels will be up ASAP.
