Visible fat!!!!! argh

I am just worried that i will be losing weight but that i will still have the gut and handles when i am even underweight!

I am also worried that i will be losing muscle weight also but im losing between 1 - 1.5 pound a week so how much of this would be muscle?
 
The thing is - it's not possible to lose fat and keep ALL of your lean muscle mass. So yes, you'll lose muscle mass if you want to drop your bodyfat % - the trick is to try and preserve as much muscle as possible (the eternal struggle that we are all very used to!!)

Similarly, if you're trying to add muscle - there's going to be some fat that comes along with it. No way around it really.

If you diet properly you should see the least amount of muscle loss....but if you starve yourself you'll fall into the "skinny-fat" category that you were looking to avoid (e.g., no muscle mass and a gut!!).

Eat dammit!!

I found that i did still have the lower abdomen fat when i was at my ideal weight in other parts of my body, I had lovehandles before my diet but they came off for the most part with everythign else, its the damn puffy nips and lower abs that wouldn't go. Seems like me and u are both candidates for yohimburn. Im planning on buying a bottle after my next paycheck. Ill let you know how it works out.

Right now i am off that diet and on a maintenance diet(well maintenance based on what my old maintenance was) strangely i am still consistently losing a pound or so a week. I think i speeded my metabolism up alot while on my short CKD. Im confused about this but o well. Even more strangely the wieght that im losing seems to be coming off of my abs more than on a CKD. If anyone else experienced this metabolism increase after a CKD please let me know (hehe its very nice for me tho, eating what I want as far as carbs go and still losing) i still eat healthy for the most part but who knows i did before my CKD too.

Watch out...sometimes\certain body's seem to have a delay (I know I do) where I don't see results from what I'm doing at the moment, but delayed a few weeks. So the fact that your keep getting more defined could be from your just-completed diet-effort. Keep pounding away the carbs and it could come back.
 
i have been off the diet for 2 and a half weeks. im hoping nothigns coming back and im still losing, I really think my metab is just increased...... for some reason i could just feel it. Im sure other people can sometimes feel if their metab is up or down? I shouldn't be gaining im hoping especially becuz im eating cleanly now and at maintenance. Thanks for the response has anyone else experienced something like me?

I know what you mean about that last stubborn patch/pouch. Just stay the course and eventually it will go. I have heard good things about yohimburn helping with this.

i now i don't weigh much but i still have love handles and the belly pouch bullshit thibng and i wanna get rid of them. so to do this i have to lose more. God i hate dieting!!!
 
Well I envy your determination and progress. From all the post here that I've read and other sources it just takes time for the body to let go of it.
