Virus: Dont Open e-mail from [email protected] Called RE:

[HugeWannabe]

I am assuming that this person got my name off this board cause its where I spend all my fitness related time on the internet. The e-mail contains a .pif file that contains a virus of which there is no cure for.

So heads up people file is called: HAMSTER.DOC.pif

Thanks bro, I have folded and let microsoft rule my life, they always win, so I use msn hotmail and it caught the virus for me before it got me. I just posted it here because 99% of my training and anabolic research is done here so I figured if the fucker got my email address from anywhere it was most likely here.

good lookin out. As an FYI, don't anyone ever open anything that has another file extension like .pif or .exe after the name of the file (ie anabolics.doc.exe)
