thanks bro and the truth is that the bar is at like a 2 inch deficit compared to most others.. its because the plat form sinks down a bit and the plates are a bit smaller than standard iron olympic plates

couple things. Don't touch the bar until you're ready to pull. Keep everything TIGHT. your arms are loose like spaghetti. push the arms straight into the bar and lock the elbows. Keep a tight lowerback arch, and ROLL THE SHOULDERS forward. Note ONLY the shoulders, the lowerback MUST be arched. keep the bar close to you and pull it up your legs while you PUSH your hips forward. at the top of the lift hold the weight steady for at LEAST 3 full seconds. If you can do all these steps will you'll have a 500 pound DL no problem. I just pulled 530 the other day day I weigh about 200.
