Hey Nelson, as a pre workout deal....how bout this:
Use pump power, N2slin, and a scoop of hydrolized whey pre workout. Then sip on a complex/simple carb drink loaded with BCAA powder intra workout????
Basically like an insulin protocol basically but with supps. It seems to me in theory it would be seriously baddass.
Also Nelson....whats the (wait for it....lol) "kick in" time after taking pump power?
Sorry lol. But really how long pre workout should it be taken?
