veggies high in fiber

I started suffering from constipation after I turned 40 , I'm taking meta mucil and it helps but I would like to reinforce my diet with high protein veggies, I just a short list of which ones, thank you for helping me with this guys.

Most of the veggies will be rich in fiber, so you can eat pretty much any of them. What I would highly recommend you to do, is to use psillium husk - it is great against constipation, and it is overall a great supplement to use for overall GI health. It is all natural, has no side effects, and it is dirt cheap, so it is well worth any peny.

If you are going to be adding raw veggies to your diet then just pick what you enjoy. Most of them will have a really good fibre content.

As for Metamucil, you can save money you can just get pure psyllium husk from a bulk food store.

Don't forget to drink enough water too in order to keep digestion going.

Most veggies are NOT high in protein. There are some exceptions (some legumes/beans) but they aren't high in fibre. Which is kinda why we don't have just the one food.
