Vanadyl Sulfate

can someone tell me how good is Vanadyl Sulfate?

what are its effects and what is the main reason one would take it...?

i had tried it a long time ago when it first appeared on the market and made the mistake of taking it without a meal high in carbs. I think it did something to my insulin levels to make me so sleepy. i think the whole purpose of it is to help push glycogen into the muscles thus giving you a big pump in the gym. Its ok but i really dont know the real benefits of taking it.

i took vanadryl and i thought it sucked a big ass. If you try Alpha Lipoic Acid caps at 200-300mg you'll see what vanadryl is "suppossed to do". Vanadryl is a sorry supplement IMO. do a search on ALA i love it.

I remember reading that high/prolonged usage can be toxic. I'll do a deja search to see if I can find what I read....

I gave it a shot for a while, didn't notice much maybe a little better pump.

my muscles get pumped when i took it, but don´t forget your carbs when do it, it works better this way.

when it 1st came out itried the sport pharma brand- im telling u it worked ,got much stronger-unless we had the hot placebo effect??a few yrs later i tried ultimate nutrition vanadyl-didnt do shit!!my vote is u might not need it!!nothing replaces hard work or a needle in the tushy!!even though im natural
