speaking of abs, did you guys here that the people who made the ab tronic, are going to be forced to refund all of their customers, because its a piece of crap... which i'm sure we were all aware of, but i just thought it was funny, finally those stupid ass ab commercials we see all the time are going to have to think about the garbage that they market.

yeah, but let me tell you that they won't have a lot of people to refund since most of the ones who bought it, sent it back before their 30 days money-back expired...

My dad, who's a truck driver, happened to have a delivery at the warehouse where Ab-Tronic receives all of their returned merchandise... AND THEY HAD TONS OF IT !!!!

Most of them still had the glue, that you need to put so that it won't burn your skin, all roasted and sticky on it !!!

then when you have decreased the size of your waiste as much as you can HOLD IT!!!!!

and go for a 2 mile JOG seriuosly

Perform a vacuum by exhaling all the air in your lungs, sticking your chest out, and trying to touch your belly button to your backbone (don’t worry, you will never accomplish this). Hold for 10 to 20 seconds, relax, and repeat.

At what point do I inhale? lol
