using tylenol and supplements for pain

I’m currently training really hard at the gym I usually go 2 to 3 repetitions and I do compound lifting
. I trained at a garage-style gym and a CrossFit gym. rarely will I do any isolation lifting as we don’t really support that equipment.
Problem is going super heavy like this takes its toll on my body and I’m having to take a couple Tylenol and supplements for pain. However the supplements I’m using I don’t feel like are doing a thing for me
do you have any recommendations for supplements that actually help post work out?

So change gyms

make sure you don't abuse Tylenol once in a while is fine but not every day

Keep to min

I’m a bit late here, but I’m curious how things worked out for you. For hard training days, I’ve leaned more on extra sleep, lighter deload weeks, and simple mobility work before reaching for Tylenol. I try to keep painkillers limited because they can mask stuff that needs attention. Did you ever find a routine or supplements that helped without messing with your training?
