I’m currently training really hard at the gym I usually go 2 to 3 repetitions and I do compound lifting
. I trained at a garage-style gym and a CrossFit gym. rarely will I do any isolation lifting as we don’t really support that equipment.
Problem is going super heavy like this takes its toll on my body and I’m having to take a couple Tylenol and supplements for pain. However the supplements I’m using I don’t feel like are doing a thing for me
do you have any recommendations for supplements that actually help post work out?

So change gyms

make sure you don't abuse Tylenol once in a while is fine but not every day
