Using n2slin effectively

I eat five to six meals a day and I was wondering what is the best way to use n2slin without breaking the bank and running out of the supplement quickly. If each supplement bottle can last me at least 4 weeks I'd be happy
am I supposed to use it before every single meal?

Try eating less meals a day
