Using emptyy gelatin-capsules for my sarms

Taking 25mg cardarine, 20mg ostarine and 10mg mk-677 per day.
I just hate the taste of it, aswell as the chemical taste gives me a "dirty" feeling if that makes any sense [emoji1]
Would there be any downsides to putting it in gelatin-capsules in terms of bioavailability or so ?

You can do that if you like. I would try to use a chaser before doing that or just mixing them with juice or water

Yeah, been doing that. Takes me back to my younger years when mixing horrible homemade spirits with sodas I could never again drink while sober.

You can put sarms in a gelatin capsule, I've done it before when I hated the taste; there is no downsides in bioavailability at all
also try mixing it with juice that makes it go down easier if that helps

btw your doses maybe off? 25mgs of ostarine and 20mgs of cardarine you mean not the other way around right?

"Cardarine eau de Toscana" - with a hint of leather, tobacco and you can really taste the nail-polish when you let the flavour set in. A 5'er on the dice [emoji108]

I get your point, but as long as it doesn't matter I'll just capsule it as long as I'm not in a hurry.

It's not the main drivers in my cycle, so don't think either would make heaps of difference.

Yeah, I really hate it.
It wouldn't be a dealbreaker if "tasting" it was the only option, but I prefer not too.

In my teens I would drink homemade booze tasting washer fluid if it was the only available, but I've become a bit more picky with age [emoji1]

It only takes like 10 secs extra to put it in a capsule and swallow it. Taking it with my fish oil and vitamins it doesn't make much difference.

Diet Sprite has a way of masking the taste and that might work.

As far as using a gel capsule the only way would be to use a needle to inject the 1cc you take into 3-4 capsules and take them right away as the liquid will break them down quite quickly.

Those are your two true options brother.

Gelatin-caps are working like a charm though.
It's empty caps that split open, takes 0,9cc each.

So I just squirt 0,8cc each of cardarine and ostarine in 2 caps in the morning, then the last 0,2cc of each with my 0,5cc mk677 before bedtime.

Takes me like 15secs extra doing this, well spent time.

You would have to shoot it with a syringe into your gel cap there is no other good way to do it

But to be clear, by "gel capsules" I mean empty gelatin capsules like in the link beneath.
They can be parted, filled and put together.
