Whats up bros. Need some help. I was going to by a single ply denim bench shirt from inzer, but I just checked the rulebook and it said no denim shirts in USAPL. I also heard that this rule changed and you can have denim. Can somewhat let me know before I order. Also, it said that i couldnot havin anything bigger then a 10cm belt. I thought you could have a 13. Thanx

Might as well just email them and ask.

On page 45 of 118 of the USAPL rule book it states that the max. dimensions are:

Width: 10cm
Thickness: 13mm

Thank you. I checked a little further and I dont believe a denim shirt is allowed in the USAPL but I ordered one anyway. I already have an inzer blast shirt. I may order one of the new ones.

yeah, I think the phenom is the way to go and still comply with usapl rules. VERY hard to get on if it fits "properly" though, but it offers great support and push

Wow, I just went to Monster Muscle and saw that the Inzer Phenom is $145.00. Wow, But I will contemplate ordering it if it is that Dam good. Anyways, what is the truth that you can't be over a certain limit of creatine in your body when competing in the USPAL. Is that true, I already knew about the deal with cafeine, but I did not know about the creatine. If it is true, does anyone know what the limit is and how you know how much creatine to take and when, etc. Thanx
