USAPL and denim

Anyways, what is the truth that you can't be over a certain limit of creatine in your body when competing in the USPAL. Is that true, I already knew about the deal with cafeine, but I did not know about the creatine. If it is true, does anyone know what the limit is and how you know how much creatine to take and when, etc. Thanx
I have never heard this, and doubt it is true, since creatine is found naturally in many foods. Is it in the USAPL rulebook?

Denim was banned in the USAPL in 2001. Apparently some state meets still allow members to use them, but they are illegal. The meet director could lose there sanction if caught allowing them. Before they were banned, single closed back denims were acceptible for state meets, but not nationals.

You may want to look into the Titan Fury. Groove is much like the denim, at about half the cost of phenom.

Thax, I am going to order the Phenom as soon as I can afford it. Anyone else have any info on this creatine issue.

creatine is not a banned substance in the USAPL. Anabolic steroids and prohoormones are banend though.

ANY usapl questions would quickly be answered at the unofficial usapl forum:
