what is your best exercise for upper chest development? I really need help in this area since I can't seem to get mine to grow!

good thing i saw this, incline is my specialtiy. incline dumbell presses are by far imo the best chest exercise. if you can build size/strenght using incline your whole chest will be stronger...all your movements for chest will benefit from it. i love incline dumbells! =P

Please do a search on this. Not trying to be a dick but, seriously we just had a very long thread about this recently. Genetics play a big role in this & all around muscle density, it's not like there is an upper, middle & lower pec. You must get all of it to grow.

Inclines (heavy)
Reverse cable crossovers
Dumbbell Pullovers (heavy)
I have been incorporating these in my upper chest routine and have seen tremendous size and strength gains.

this belongs in the training section:

but to answer your questions i like to take a bar put it on the floor in front of an incline db bench. start out with around 70% of you max, clean it up and fall back into the seat. press it 10 times for 3 sets.

You can't work different areas of a muscle, it doesn't work that way. Take a look at an anatomy chart.

i dont want to get that debate started over here on the anabolic forum, but..........when i do lots of inclines my upper chest seems to look more inflated. to each his own i guess

IMO.........

Incline Dumbell Press/Flies
Dumbell Pull Over

Also when you do front shoulder presses and raises you hit your upper chest a bit
