I think the guy don't know his pinches but is this result even possible in 3 weeks time considering I've lost 2 inches off the waist and all my lifts are = or some even going up a bit. ??? K for good answers

Since I'm sticking to my plan, losing 2 inches off the waist, feeling tighter, feeling thermic all the time, I'm going to believe those 4 pounds in 3 weeks were mostly all fat. I am losing very slowly by keeping cals very close to maintanance and just doing cardio 3x a week for 30 min. sessions on an empty stomach. The mirror and scale will just have to do as guides for now on my journey towards 7-8%. I'll get there too. By the middle of May I should be there. That's eight more weeks. Plenty of time I think. Two more months and probably the third month will be the toughest. I've gone 2 months before and then bail out cause I wasn't eating enough, and Was losing lot's of muscle. This time I'm going to keep cals at around mainantance, and get there more slowly but also more healthy and with less muscle loss.

4 lbs in two-three weeks is perfectly believable. Losing up to 2 lbs a week of fat is kind of the upper limit that most go by. Good luck in pursuit of your goal. It can be hard to stick to a program, personally i have to allow myself a cheat day once every 1-2 weeks to stick with it, which also prevents my metabolism from becoming too efficient, so that i can maintain weightloss. Since the end of January i've gone from 235 to 227, so it can be done fairly well as long as you watch your calories. Best of luck!
