the first two weeks i did gvt2000 and in the first week i gained 2.5-3lbs. then i took 5 days off. today i did upper body and after i weighed myself and was up a total of 4-4.5lbs. tomorrow i'll do lower body and next week, i think i'll start a 3 day a week program ala old school. this will also give me more time to do some running (as compared to a 4 day split, esp gvt, where my ass and quads or hams were sore almost every day)
i hate how i've not gained any strength in the longest while (when i benched today i only got 3 reps on 225, and it's been as high as 9 reps). i'm gonna start lifting heavier, around the 5 rep range. time to pack on more muscle and strength!
i think i am gonna start trying to eat even more, which scares me.
