Drink lots of water the body retains water if it doesn't get enough, i used to have headaches when i did super heavy freestanding squats and bench presses, i found that a Goodys powder or BC powder works very well, dosage 3 packs 30 min before training, THe caffeine helps open up the Capillaries which are the smallest of blood vessels. They serve to distribute oxygenated blood from arteries to the tissues of the body and to feed blood to vital organs including the brain, it will also give you alot of energy to get the most out of your training.
