Hello Iron brothers,
This is my second cycle and a first injectable one.
I have planned my cycle as follows:
Test E- 500 mg/week for 12 weeks
Dbol- 40 mg/ week for 4 weeks
Nolva 20 mg ED
HCG- week 13 and 14
PCT with Clomid and Nolva- week 15- 18
Other supps:
Whey
1 mr vortex
liv 52
fish oil
glucosamine sulphate
wellman multivitamin
Now coming to the problem. I am currently in week 2 of the cycle and while doing a heavy lat pull down on tuesday i suddenly got a very bad headache kicked in. I did not have anything like that before. I did a dbol only cycle before this and it never happened that time as well. I thought that may be due to some exertion. It repeated again next day. the headache made my day bad. it is like i get this headache while lifting and it lasts on and off entire day making me feel weak on the job.
I did some research and came to know it can be related to high BP. I went to a doc to check the BP. It was high on 10 points both the side. 130/90.
The next day i dropped the dosage of the dbol to 20 mg and skipped the pre workout and the bp was back to normal. but still i have a mild headache and some sicky feeling.
Is it a test flu what they call it on forums or is it more estrogen which is messing up.
Currently i take 20 mgs nolva every day.
Should i start taking adex .5mg EOD? Would that help? Or should i permanently keep the Dbol dosage to 20 mg? I dont want to reduce the dbol though. but i dont want to have these headches. it fucks up the mood and affects performance as well while training.
I am early on my cycle so i can modify it. Please help me. I eat almost 3000 calories a day which is almost 1000 cal surplus to my daily recommended intake.
