Unusual Headache while lifting Heavy

Hello Iron brothers,

This is my second cycle and a first injectable one.

I have planned my cycle as follows:

Test E- 500 mg/week for 12 weeks
Dbol- 40 mg/ week for 4 weeks
Nolva 20 mg ED
HCG- week 13 and 14
PCT with Clomid and Nolva- week 15- 18

Other supps:

Whey
1 mr vortex
liv 52
fish oil
glucosamine sulphate
wellman multivitamin

Now coming to the problem. I am currently in week 2 of the cycle and while doing a heavy lat pull down on tuesday i suddenly got a very bad headache kicked in. I did not have anything like that before. I did a dbol only cycle before this and it never happened that time as well. I thought that may be due to some exertion. It repeated again next day. the headache made my day bad. it is like i get this headache while lifting and it lasts on and off entire day making me feel weak on the job.

I did some research and came to know it can be related to high BP. I went to a doc to check the BP. It was high on 10 points both the side. 130/90.

The next day i dropped the dosage of the dbol to 20 mg and skipped the pre workout and the bp was back to normal. but still i have a mild headache and some sicky feeling.

Is it a test flu what they call it on forums or is it more estrogen which is messing up.

Currently i take 20 mgs nolva every day.

Should i start taking adex .5mg EOD? Would that help? Or should i permanently keep the Dbol dosage to 20 mg? I dont want to reduce the dbol though. but i dont want to have these headches. it fucks up the mood and affects performance as well while training.

I am early on my cycle so i can modify it. Please help me. I eat almost 3000 calories a day which is almost 1000 cal surplus to my daily recommended intake.

230 gms protein, 300 gms carbs, 60 gms fat. (appx)

Could be the Dbol, could be dehydration, or other stimulants, could be u are not breathing during the exercise, macro intake.... Lots of variables, but dbol gives me the worst headaches ever

There are a TON of variables here. What is the mr vortex?

HCG should be taken throughout the cycle (250 iu 2x week). What is your blood pressure and sugar?

40 mg per day...BP was gone to 130/90 but now again back to normal when I reduced the dbol dose to 20 mg per day and skip the pre workout....did not get the sugar levels checked.
 
But I don't understand...if it is due to dbol, it should have also happened in the last week as well but it did not...I am so confused

Not necessarily. Things build in your system. Toxicity compounds and grows. Things happen. It's possible it's from the dbol. Or you could have just been straining too hard. Is it reoccurring?
 
Thanks for the reply Saiyan7. I did a dbol only cycle before at the same dose 40mg ED, that was smooth. Today i am on a 30 mg a day dosage and also took an aspirin 75mg in the morning. No headache today. but today i just did cardio and no weights.

The headache which happened to me was when i lifted heavy and it became mild and persisted through out the day making me feel sick.
 
Drink lots of water the body retains water if it doesn't get enough, i used to have headaches when i did super heavy freestanding squats and bench presses, i found that a Goodys powder or BC powder works very well, dosage 3 packs 30 min before training, THe caffeine helps open up the Capillaries which are the smallest of blood vessels. They serve to distribute oxygenated blood from arteries to the tissues of the body and to feed blood to vital organs including the brain, it will also give you alot of energy to get the most out of your training.
 
I believe the problem is you should stop being a bitch. Don't be a hypochondriac, u wonder why fckn anxiety and bodybuilding go hand in fckn hand. 10 pts. over on your bp? Fckn fart pains will do that. And I fckn loled at the part where it said lat pulldowns. Anyway, just relax, it's a little bit of juice, not gamma radiation so you'll be fine. Oh, one more thing: don't hold your fckn breath on lat pulldowns. It's ok for big lifts, for the internal pressure, but only for short periods.
 
When I was a natty powerlifter I often got headaches doing heavy deadlifts or squats.Your blood pressure readings aren't really that high. They are just a bit over normal so I don't think that is the cause. I used to see lifters faint while attempting their deadlifts in meets. A headache is just something you have to deal with.
 
When blood jets out of your nose, u can panic a little. But still, it's not gonna kill u. I know from experience dude....
