S SgtSlaughter New member Jun 9, 2006 #2 Nuts are good for you. LOTTA fat ... good fats for sure... but caloricly dense indeed. If they fit into your total calories for the day on a restricted diet it works. www.fitday.com would tell you what your intake is for the day, if you want to know.
