Going to start (12/3/23) a BF reduction cycle using Umbrella SR9011 (8 Weeks) & GW-501516 (12 weeks)

45yr old Male (TRT and blasts since 2001)
205 lbs down from 215 (60 days ago)
20% BF down from 26% (60 days ago)
Best body comp 200 lbs & 9% BF

Ideal goal for this cycle ~15% BF
I'm not very concerned about the total weight

Training for 20+ years
5 days a week (RP Hypertrophy App)
10-12k steps a day via cardio and walking

These macros work for me but will adjust so I'm not loosing more than ~1lb per week unless it turns out to be mostly fat loss.

Starting macros on training days
170 grams Protien
75 grams of Fat
320 grams of Carbs

Starting macros on non training days
170 grams of Protein
65 grams of Fat
270 grams of Carbs

Normally on a TRT dose of 225
I have baseline blood work from earlier this year and will do a comparison at 8 weeks
I've run GW-501516 before but not SR9011

Cycle
300mg Cyp
GW-501516 15 mg once a day for 12 weeks
SR9011 15 mg split in two doses (I have sleep issues so no third dose in the evening)

Let me know if I'm missing anything it's been a while since I logged. This is non sponsored.

Forgot to mention I'm vegan for about 6 years.

I'd get your protien up a bit. Typically on a cut I would go 1.5xLBM and .3 fats. That would put you around 246g protien and 50g fat. Fill the rest with carbs.
246p-984cals
50f- 450cals
300c-1200cals
2634cals per your macros above
Drop carbs to 200g(800cals) on non training days
When you start adjusting macros bring carbs down first and when you hit 200 or so start dropping protien off. Leave fats.

These macros work for me to maintain muscle and lower BF, but I totally agree with dropping the carbs first. If I see any muscle loss I'd likely bump to 185 and continue on. Believe it or not I find less muscle loss on a vegan diet but it took a long while to figure out the complete protien and leucine problems. Been 6 years now.

Def do what works for you. What i have found is the magic carb number for me is 200. I can still perform in the gym and weight drops off no problem.
Will be following your log! Good luck!

Post your log over on evo too if you can. Many more logs on there.
I'll be starting my next diet log next week.

No need for the N2G I have pretty solid bw and I prefer not to throw anything in from outside my norm. I have used it years back I can say it worked.

Liver is clean

Kidneys are good for my age what I put them through in the past. Any variations are due to test timing and level of hydration.

Im vegan cholesterol isn't an issue. Although I am curious as to the effects on SR GW the lipids. LDL is slightly out of range but is normal and stable for me due to aromasin use.

I threw some pics of my training and diet (just a sample) from my app.
I'll take some pics of myself when I start on Monday.

Let me know if I'm missing anything.

Why is GW not at 20mg?
I'll probably end up there but I'm researching with someone else who is new to trt. Hes a bit nervous about new things since his first endocrinologist was a quack.

I want to be supportive but once he feels it I'm pretty sure he's going to be just fine jumping to 20.

Forgot to add blood pressure. YTD avg is 123/71. The report only let's me map out 30 days worth. BPM isn't normally that high, been a stressful month.

On another note I get lots of flack for being vegan so let me get this out of the way. I don't push my dietary preferences on anyone and I don't consider myself an ethical vegan or a junk food vegan. I'I do it for my health from all the crap I was over prescribed prescribed by the Veterans Hospitals (hospital is used in its loosest form). I am Vet (OEF & OIF) with quite a few injuries and health issues that have been minimized due to this diet.

This journey has not been easy and took me 6-8 months to figure out how and what I'm supposed to be eating. I've been doing it for 6 years now and have never felt better. I'm not going back to a normal diet unless I have absolutely no choice. That being said my training isn't going to be balls to the walls like I would love to do since I have to keep my health in mind.

That pic is a bit old from when I was running obstacle course races, but I will post some photos on Sunday before I start.

bros so you gonna blast the test and sarms for 12 weeks, seems like a good plan but might want to add an AI
I use Aromosin 6.25mg Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Keeps my E2 levels ~30. Waiting for have been running the test at 300 @ 6 weeks before scheduling testing.

@usmc718 how do you figure your liver and kidneys are fine? I dont see the testing for liver or kidneys here

Ast, alt, (liver)

If your looking for a complete liver function panel I get it once a year. I've been on 500 mg cyp and ancillary items and never even came close to any warning zones. I pop another tudca 500 on any dosage past a standard trt (200 mg).

Creatinine, bun, egfr (kidneys)
What else were you looking for THE UACR?

PSA (prostate) + urologist visit

The app won't let me export, I'll email support to see what they say.

More liver and kidney related blood work.
Threw in a colonoscopy for good measure 🤣

I have some health issues from the military and get checked out frequently. Hence my ocd on labs and being vegan. Getting labs in this country seems to be a mission all on its own vice overseas where you can just order what you want off a menu for low cost.

If you see a bandage it's from recent surgery I've been cleared to lift as of Wednesday. I Was down for 3 weeks.

Left shoulder and bicep looks odd due to old surgeries.

Legs are difficult for me due to a bike accident but I'm working on it. They take forever to heal in comparison to everything else.

Body comp is from my galaxy watch.

OTC supplements and pre workout trifecta

If you have any questions let me know.

Workout data and routine attached.

I ended up taking the 2nd doses of SR9011 at 1230 after the workout and post meal.

General thoughts:
I didn't sleep well last night, not sure why so I was dragging ass when I got up.

After taking the morning dosage GW-501516 20mg and SR9011 5mg I felt a bit more awake after about 45 minutes. During that 45 min I had my pre meal (you'll see diet info tomorrow). Got my ass in gear and went to church.

I didn't think I was going to be able to hit everything but I was able to complete it and add a few reps.

I also jogged for 10 minutes (short on time) and definitely expected to be more winded.

It's too soon to speak about the stack as I need to get a good night's sleep to give it a fair shot.

I'll see how it goes tomorrow.

1) Renaissance periodization

2) Church = Gym for me. Force of habit.

3) Tried both, I have insomnia that I have to take meds for. Not sure if it had anything to do with the stack but I slept like a rock last night. Will keep an eye on this.

4) noted on the cyclo. Will skip it wasn't sure they even made it anymore.

5) I only use the chex 50 grams for quick carbs around the workout. Any suggestions for something to replace it with?
I get the majority of my omega's from organic spirulina & chlorella tabs. I'll add some flax and chia to the mix.
I'll manually adjust the app settings to drop carbs down to 200 and bump protien to 190.

Pics.

If you have any questions let me know.
thanks for getting the pictures up we definitely have a lot of room to improve that's what the log is for

New diet macros. It says it starts Sunday but I'm using the exact same macros for today 12/2/23

Agreed and that's why I'm back to being active here. I know folks will hold me accountable
Spent last year in physical therapy and this recent surgery didn't help but I'm motivated and focused.

Off to the gym

Gents would you be able to point out which items you are considering junk? I switched up the macros and a few items. The chex was just for this morning. I'm picking up bananas and kiwi to fill in when needed.

Please keep in mind I'm vegan so my options are extremely limited.

Just finished up a 90 min workout. I'll post up the data and summary a bit later.

Yep

I am unclear how to advise someone who is vegan, I don't see it very often.

Going to start (12/3/23) a BF reduction cycle using Umbrella SR9011 (8 Weeks) & GW-501516 (12 weeks)

45yr old Male (TRT and blasts since 2001)
205 lbs down from 215 (60 days ago)
20% BF down from 26% (60 days ago)
Best body comp 200 lbs & 9% BF

Ideal goal for this cycle ~15% BF
I'm not very concerned about the total weight

Training for 20+ years
5 days a week (RP Hypertrophy App)
10-12k steps a day via cardio and walking

These macros work for me but will adjust so I'm not loosing more than ~1lb per week unless it turns out to be mostly fat loss.

Starting macros on training days
170 grams Protien
75 grams of Fat
320 grams of Carbs

Starting macros on non training days
170 grams of Protein
65 grams of Fat
270 grams of Carbs

Normally on a TRT dose of 225
I have baseline blood work from earlier this year and will do a comparison at 8 weeks
I've run GW-501516 before but not SR9011

Cycle
300mg Cyp
GW-501516 15 mg once a day for 12 weeks
SR9011 15 mg split in two doses (I have sleep issues so no third dose in the evening)

Let me know if I'm missing anything it's been a while since I logged. This is non sponsored.

Semper Fi
you are doing great bro

Workout data and routine are attached. Face pulls are just to get some blood into my rotator cuff I've had issues with them in the past.

Slept well last night. Definitely felt like I had more juice in the tank when I got up.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 5 X 2 for day 2.
After about 5 minutes definitely felt like something was going on. Nothing bad just different.

Took longer than usual to get my heart rate up even though I was pushing more weight than the app originally had down. Rest between sets was definitely shorter as well. Slight more pump but I'm not sure I can attribute it to the stack or just pushing harder.

Did about 20 minutes of cardio which felt easier than expected. Had to stop myself from running at a higher pace or for longer than 20 minutes.

I noticed I was more focused in the gym and overall less stressed out than usual. I remember reading something about feeling good on SR, but don't recall seeing anyone talk about it. Not sure if this is a placebo affect.

I think that's all folks.....

Workout data, routine and diet attached.

Slept well again last night. I had a good amount of energy when I got moving and had some coffee.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10X 2.
Same feeling as yesterday but slightly more pronounced.

Everything I did on this workout is done at much slower speed for more TUT. Not looking to re-injure anything.
A noticeable increase in get my heart rate up as compared to yesterday. Definitely more sore after the workout.

No cardio today since the workout went long and my legs were already shot.

Overall today was better than yesterday especially in the focus department.

Since my legs take longer than the rest of my body to recover tomorrow is a scheduled off day.

That's all folks.....

@usmc718 you're taking it to the next level I see you're pushing it hard

you have to keep pumping it and really going high rep to get the pump

you added psyllium husk?

Thanks definitely got my mind right to get back into it.

No need for the extra fiber, my body is accustomed to eating this amount. Benifits of being vegan for all these years.

@usmc718 also good if you vegan maybe tahts for you
waiting for more power updates

vegan diet can be perfectly healthy if you are consuming fruits and veggies and not processed junk
Correct. Big misconception on what vegans are supposed to be eating. I attribute my blood work (which I get complements on constantly) to this diet and tuning it for the past 6 years. It will be 7 years in February.

My tofu is organic and has 3 ingredients.
My rice has no artificial anything.
My beans are low sodium and seasoned naturally.
My satien has 6 ingredients and and is the one item that I eat that is processed.
My peanut butter is organic.
Ezekiel bread has zero preservatives and is minimally processed.

I can toss up pictures and ingredients if needed.

Meeting my protien requirements is complicated but I balance everything so my blood work and other health markers are maintained to my to health standards.

After this diet I can easily incorporate more fruits and veggies as I usually do.

I would do peanut butter freshly made and not out of a bottle

bros if you following vegan diet why not just do raw fruits/veggies?
I have to head up to the farmers market this weekend to pick up more veggies and I also grow my own. They've been on vacation since Thanksgiving.

I have an Aerogarden Farm XL (don't want to open the tent to grab a photo, I attached a stock photo.) in the basement growing as well as the smaller one (tomatoes and jalapeños).

Bros, thanks for all the questions and insights, please keep them coming. I really want to dial everything in to the best of my abilities.

Can anyone provide some insight into lengthened muscle partial reps added to the end of a set?
