First is about biceps, I'm trying like hell to grow them but it seems like all the workouts I do for them concentrate more on my forearm/wrists and it starting to piss me off, I go slow and watch my form but idk wtf my biceps are never sore or burn from working out like all the rest of my body ......... Advice....?

Second, my cardio I have little f'n love handles and a little pudge on the front and I want to know what's the best cardio for that? I do the elliptical 3x a week for a mile and a half, is this enough or what's the best? ( I have also cut dairy for this too) advice... Thanks y'all!

fat loss is not site specific... your body will burn it from where ever it wants too first... my misdection seems to lean out before anything else... the sides of my arms are the last to lose fat; everyone is different...

as for your arms... try using a preacher bench to isolate the bi's, or concentration curls if you want to 'feel' a burn... however i dont think that is important for their growth... they will grow with adequate nutrition and rest from your compound excersises... like bench and rows...

really if you are trying to get bigger bi's and cut fat off your abs you may find yourself running in circles... you may want to pick one goal that is more important and hit that first, then the other, as they are a bit conflicting to eachother...

I'd also say, unless you have bad knees or back, get off the elliptical and get on the treadmill or a road course outside if the weather is convenient. For me, in terms of weight loss, the elliptical is no where near as effective. Moya's got it right with the rest of the stuff though.

More is not more. I do 4-5 sets.tops on biceps on chest and they have responded well. Remember they are easy to.overtrain due.to.the.fact they are secondary to almost all back movements. And yes squat.
