thats a really good start....... i've always heard that unless you put on a good bit of size within the first 2-3 years of working out...... thats its probably not your sport........ good to do for health but you might not make it anywhere competeing.
i have been working out for 6 years and i put on a whopping 25lbs my first 3 years of working out in highschool and wrestling..... i guess i wont ever be sucessful....... yeah right i always think of that quote when i tell people that after 6 years i have put on 120 lbs in the offseason...... i will step on stage to compete in august at 5'10 205-210 lbs at 22 years old..... yeah me!!!!!!!
keep your dreams alive, use the people who put you down as only more reasons to prove yourself right.
