Hi, ive been told fasting and HGH is good to lose fat.
Im going to eat low calories around 800 a day throughout the week but on tuesdays and thursdays eat nothing and just intake water and green tea.
i will take 2iu in the morning and 2iu before bed every day of the week
Anyone know if this will work wonders or is there anything you would tweak?
