Exodus

High End Bro
Platinum
well thats it..... im not mad at it, hate it, or upset. i just want to get back to wsb and do something differnent.

Squat
315x8....... (this is technically a pr becuase i have done 315 for 12 about a year ago, but i was wearing a belt and knee wraps. today was just me and the bar.)

zercher straight leg deadlift.
225 for 6 (pr..... might could have done more except for that whole 'im gonna pass out" feeling.

bb shrug
425 for 8

db incline curls
50's for 5

behind the back wrist curl.
155 for 8.

good workout....... the shrug's hurt the least during the workout, but they are kickin my butt today. oh well, thats how the story goes.

If this is what you really want to do then
GO FOR IT. You have to enjoy lifting and believe
in your routein to do well in the long run.
Keep pushing yourself and never give up with
the weight training. I believe in you.

I've seen the term Zercher for squats and now Sldl's. Can you explain how they are dufferent from Straight leg deadlifts? Is it a grip thing? Or stance?

big difference but same concept.

you dont hold the bar at arms link in your hands like with st leg dead. think of your arms at the top of a barbell curl postition. now hold the bar in the nook of your arm, between your bicep and forearm. so your hands are not even holding on to the bar.

its one of the toughest exercises ever.
