Hi girl!!
I 've been training for years now and 2 years seriously . I find it hard to put on some lean mass!
i'm mesomorph type!
Stupid question: Would bcaa help or should I consider AA or some test??
I'm 32 !
I'm strongh but I don't look like it!
I use a pyramidal training! 12,10,8,6,12!! And I stick to basics exercices
