I'm 56 years old 6' 240 lbs. I lift six days a week, with one day off. Sometimes I will lift every day for two to three weeks, with NO days off. People say oh you need to take two days off. I do what my body says. It usually tells me when It needs to take a break. The Dr. has me on 150 mg week test cyp. I usually run 200 mgs a week instead. I run 12 - 14 week cycles. Take a few months off and cruise on my 200 mg TRT dose. Until about four weeks before I have to go for my labs. Then I'll pin 150 mg a week, so I don't have any issues with my Dr. Right now I'm running 250 mg test, 50 mg Turanibol and a 4 week Clenbuteral cycle. Yes I said four weeks. None of that two on two off crap. I eat pretty clean. I stay away from sugar and processed food. I live on eggs, meat, chicken, Greek yogurt, berries, tuna a little veggies. Some fruits, nuts avocados. I only drink coffee and @ 5 -6 bottles of water flavored with mio. A high protein diet. Stay away from breads etc.. I stay at @ 2200 cals day. Sometimes I'll go down to 1400 cals to get lean. My routine isn't the norm. I always do my own thing. Have never been a follower. I do what I like and what works for me. I see people are like cattle. They all kind of follow each other around and want to fit in and do what all of the other cows do. One cow walks to the other side of the field. And all the others follow it. Then you look at the other pasture and there is this one bull all by himself. He is doing his own thing, rubbing his horns on the fence. I think I'm more of a bull. I don't lift in a public gym. I prefer to workout alone. Turn on the rock, not rap and get to it. I have a home gym with an Olympic bench with leg attachment @ 600 lbs of weights. A functional trainer with weight stacks/ cables. An elliptical that I don't use. And a seated calf raise machine. I don't believe in working out for three hours. I get in and get out in 30- 60 minutes max. My schedule is this: Day#1 Chest and back. Day # 2 Arms & Abs. Day #3 Shoulders and Traps. Day # 4 Legs & Abs. Then start over and do it again. I will usually do four different exercises per muscle. I will do heavy one week and sometimes less weight depending on my mood and what my body is telling me. I always do my sets until failure. When I get stuck half way up my set is done. When I feel sore the next day or day after that. I know I did the job. I don't really pay any attention to how much I'm lifting. I lift what feels right. I'm more into what I see while looking in the mirror. And the changes I see in composition every couple of weeks. Cardio? My cardio is sex and walking. I absolutely hate cardio. Sleep? Not much, I only get 5 -6 hrs a night. Sometimes a nap in the day. I just wake up, wide awake after 5 - 6 hrs. This started when I turned 50. I have ran, Test, Deca, Bold, Mast, Primo etc . Also most orals, sarms and the old school pro hormones over 35 years. But I have never run Tren. I was told when was in my twenties. That I have the type of personality & attitude. If I used Tren I would end up in prison and divorced or worse. I'm a crazy Italian, have a temper and get road rage and want to smash peoples faces in, without being on anything. So I took that advice and never did it. Now I have this Tren, Mast and Test mix Two vials 450 mg ml. Wondering if I should do it?? It's only 100 mg of Tren per ML. Going to finish this current cycle in a week. Then cruise on my 150 mg TRT dose for four weeks get my labs done. Then start on 200 mg for 8 weeks. And start another 12 week cycle.

I take two scoops protein powder 50 grams with one 5 g scoop creatine after every workout. I also take tudca liver support, fish oil, saw palmetto, beta sistosterol, vitamin C 4000mg , 2000 mg fish oil, potassium 200 mg and red yeast rice 2 caps.

yes you definitely want to avoid artificial crap
whether it's in your drinks or your foods

I'm looking forward to following this
good start make sure you update us this week

really looking forward to the cycle
I like how you avoid process junk that's smart

Bros training for less than an hour is smart
nobody needs to train longer than that
These guys do a set then walk around for 10 minutes, then do another set. Or they are in the gym for two hrs. Work out for one and talk and look in the mirror for another. WTF?? I tried the gym 12 years ago. I don't have the patience to wait for someone to finish their shit before I can do what I need to do. Especially when they take a half an hour to do what takes me 10 minutes.

Today was chest and back day.
Chest: incline press 4 sets reps until failure. Decent weight, last set was only 8 reps.
Incline flys: 4 sets reps until failure.
Flat bench: 4 sets reps until failure.
Standing, palms in, flys towards ceiling for upper chest 4 sets reps until failure.

Back: 4 sets pull downs until failure.
Standing straight arm lat pushdowns 4 sets reps until failure.
Seated rows 4 sets reps until failure.
Took 55 minutes total time.
Had six eggs and 2 cups of coffee for breakfast then worked out an hour later. Had a 50 gram protein shake with a 5 gram scoop of creatine mono unflavored. After I worked out.
Lunch is going to be some asparagus and a baked chicken breast.
Then snack will be a strawberry banana & Greek yogurt (plain) with almond milk smoothie.
Dinner will be another chicken breast and some rice. That's it for the food for today. Have to drop some fat. I ate way over my daily caloric expenditures for @ 6 months and it's showing.

This is my last week of an 8 week cycle 250 mg test cyp and 50 mg Turanibol. One week in on Clen. I need to lose some fat build up. I've been eating clean for two months. Ate bad for @ 6 months before that.
@Dogbreath you look great bro :) strong muscle base thick power top for sure
but if you want to cut up, we need to change your diet and cut carbs

can you share actual meals and macros you eating with the EF family please? waiting

training is good but i dont see cardio, you doing it?

on the diet, hard to say because amounts not here, just looks like chicken and rice 2 times? do you have macros for this? :)

These are my macros for today. I had chicken and asparagus for lunch and chicken and rice for dinner. As I mentioned yesterday my cardio is sex and walking. I absolutely hate cardio. I did cardio at work most of my life was in inspection and construction work. I only have an hour a day for weights. I'm very busy. I've been lifting off and on since I was 14 years old and I'm now 56. It's pretty much a hobby that I enjoy doing. When I'm 90 I want to look 65. Not trying to be Mr O. Just want to keep in shape. Going to run another Ipamorelin cycle for 8 weeks in the near future. It's good for my anti aging.

Unfortunately even though I kept up with working out for all of those years. I would stop for long periods and take breaks because I would get burnt out. And I would go off my diet and eat like shit. Way above what I was burning off and not eating clean. everything and anything was going down the hatch. My body said you want to eat like that bro? Then take this. And I gained adipose tissue around my pecs and underarm areas along with love handles and lower gut. Now it's a mother fucker to get rid of it. I used to be able to eat anything and not gain one ounce. When I hit my forties that all changed. My metabolism slowed to a crawl.

on the burn out process, thats a big issue, many guys have this and they quit, thats how you gotta know to be back in the game, dont stop unless you want to crash your body when you old

@Dogbreath the protein is good I like the level, the fats do need work bro :) I would up the fats by about 20 grams, can you add omega 3 fats like fish oil?
on the training thats perfect bro :) but how about actual reps and weights? not clear what you doing bro

I'm wondering about these sources on here. I ordered some RAD from RCS and I noticed the COA was from five years ago. The product is only stable for two years. I just don't want some old outdated expired sarm powder capsules that have been sitting in a wearhouse for five years. Has anyone purchased or used the RAD or anything else from this company??

@Dogbreath you can be sure RCS is legit, 100%
The COAs are not done like that for each batch, they are done once in a while but RCS and umbrella get tested all the time.
They are all fresh sarms and peps, you got nothing to worry about brother.

did you actually start something?

Also, any updates on training diet? we waiting
EF family love lets do this together dont give up :)

Cool, thanks for the response. I ran the umbrella LGD in 2023, it didn't do much for me. I think I'm a non responder to it . I'm hoping I the RCD Rad will hit. I've done all of the sarms except for Rad. It will be my first run with it. I was told to get ready to be pissed off all the time. The problem is I'm already pissed off all the time normally. Probably won't use it for a while. Just getting my supplies stocked for 2025. Will be taking advantage of the holiday sales.

No I didn't start anything. I actually just caught the Flu. I'm just stocking up on gear for 2025. Up until yesterday everything is the same. My diet doesn't change. I eat the same foods almost everyday. The same macros. I do the same workout schedule. I will switch up the exercises every couple of weeks to trick the muscle. Do dumbbell curls instead of barbell, rope extensions instead of pushdowns etc .. But basically everything is the same as I previously logged. I keep it stupid simple. I eat right, high protein, gear, workout hard 30 - 60 mins max in & out. I have a routine, schedule that I follow. I am seeing gains from week to week. If it' isn't broken then why fix or change it? Some people make lifting weights complicated. Like a job. I just don't do complicated. And I hate to work. I started lifting weights at 14 because I thought it was fun, and wanted to look like Arnold did. Back then he was in his his twenties. I had the poster below on the back of my bedroom door. I would look at it everyday after school, while I was lifting weights in my room. It's a hobby that I've had most of my life that I enjoy doing. I have a friend that doesn't do gear, protein powder or any supps. just eats a very clean high protein diet and lifts five days a week. He is ripped & looks sick. Takes a multi vitamin and fish oil. He's been lifting for 10 years. He keeps it really simple.

You mean SOURCE. Contact them and ask for an updated one

@Dogbreath with sarms its the diet training that matter not just the sarms
but umbrella is legit

I also ordered a couple of vials (domestic) from the PSL site. It says 3-4 days for domestic delivery. It's been six days and still no tracking number or emails saying items has shipped. Going to send them an email to try and find out what's going on.

eggs look fantastic
it's a great way to get in some hot quality protein

you can contact them
i'm sure they will provide some updates

RCS is really popular on here and is approved so I have no worries. I am sure they would send you updated COA's. They probably just need to upload some more recent ones to the site.

@Dogbreath PSL is legit, great source. But it takes time to get tracking sometimes.
Did you put in a support ticket?
@~Vision~ is here he will check

No I didn't I was going to wait and see what happened on Monday first then do a ticket on Tuesday if nothing transpires.
@Dogbreath I highly suggest you put in a support ticket now. Many times, with large companies like @PSL you can have your order fall thru cracks. If no tracking in 3 days, you can put in support ticket and ask for an order update. It's best to do it so they can follow up bro. :)

They may not have updated COA's on their site but I know they do testing often... they certainly dont have outdated sarms, peptides or nootropics in stock so that is of no concern whatsoever

First and foremost gentleman, this is my deepest apologies for not responding sooner to the message, I was off this past weekend for some down time. Furthermore had some personal business yesterday.

Listen what it pertains to the domestic orders, if you read in the fine print, it says that we reserve the right to ship the order up to 6 days. After that that is where the countdown where two to three days will begin.
There's a reason why sometimes there is a slight halt on orders.. If sources are dropping them literally everyday they're going to get themselves snagged.

Secondly keep in mind that there's a slight delay because of the elections with all of the mail-in ballots..

With the mail and ballots that has slowed down a lot of things in the mailing system..

Rest assure everyone's order will be taken care of..

Today was the first day to workout in 7 days. Still feel a little under the weather.
Legs today.
Leg extension 4 sets until failure
Leg curls 4 sets until failure.
Seated calf raise 4 sets until failure.
30 mins total.

Food for today. Same as usual.

I'm not one to log what I do. When I put in my two cents about a crappy company. It was to warn people not to waste their hard earned money. And get ripped off. It wasn't my intention to start a work out blog/log. I'm very busy and don't have the time. I have a very regimented time schedule. To where I have only one hour a day dedicated to bodybuilding. Even if I did have the time, chances are I wouldn't do it anyway. I'm just not that guy. I lift as a hobby it's a daily part of my life. I know what works and I have a routine. Been doing it since I was was 14. Not looking for advice, help or instruction. I keep to myself, I'm a very private person. I don't really associate with many people. I enjoy privacy and alone time. I will continue doing what I do & seeing the results in the mirror from week to week. I have the knowledge, experience and know how. The thing is having the discipline to do it, and not go off track. However I have excellent focus and when I set my mind on a goal it's solid. In four years I'll be 60 and I want to look a certain way on my 60th birthday. I am pretty positive I will be looking the way I want on that day. But as far as making time & trying to squeeze in time to sit and write, blog & list what I eat everyday, macros, supps, gear , amounts etc.. And every exercise, reps and this that & the other every day. It's not something I want to be doing. It's actually a pain in the ass and a hassle for me to be dealing with. I don't mind putting up photos every few weeks. But as far as blogging a page every day. I really have no interest in doing that. I just want to do my thing. There is a reason I've always had a home gym. Because there's people at a public gym #1 and #2 I have nothing to say. I'm very introverted and self centered . Not good qualities, but it is what it is.

Glad you're starting to feel better
seems like a lot of guys have been missing time lately

nothing wrong with your personality
everybody is different

being introverted is perfectly fine
that is the beauty of bodybuilding it's a solo sport

I prefer to stay to myself at the gym as well
focusing in on myself and ignoring the noise

man I really like your personality actually
I like the way you have perspective on things I want you to keep posting

understandable that you don't enjoy doing these updates
but let me tell you something it's really good to keep a diary so that you can go back and fix things that didn't go right

I hope we can keep hearing from you
you're 60 years old so you have wisdom to share with everybody

oh wow I didn't know you were almost 60
I must have missed it earlier in the log but that's awesome man

Only pinning 100 mg week of Test cyp. Until I get my labs done. Planning on starting a little cycle on November 20. Test cyp 250 and Turanibol 50 mg or I might do 200 mg Test cyp and 200 mg Masteron with 50 mg Turanibol. I'll drop the Turanibol after 4 weeks and continue test/mast for the entire 10 weeks. Might up the test to 300 mg. I like low dose cycles. My gear last longer and I respond well and get good gains.

Another thing is 200 mg Test cyp once a week will put me @ 14 -1500. My doc has me pin 0.6 mg a week to have me in the 900 range max. I was on 0.8 ml /week but I was at 1250 the doc wasn't cool with that, said it was way to high. When I run a cycle I pin 250 - 300 I split it into two injections a week. plus I'm stacking it with other compounds. My test levels must be way up over 1500 during a cycle. I'm thinking 1800-2000 zone. That's another reason I do low dose cycles. I have to normalize before going for my labs. Luckily I don't have estrogen issues. But I have Tamo, relox and Aroma on hand just in case.

@Dogbreath strong sets today, you have any pains with military press? until failure please be careful so no injury bro

On food, if you can add some omega 3 boost and some psyllium husk it would help.

@Dogbreath I would get the labs done but you can start the cycle right as labs are back, a replan.

you're saying around 150mgs test/week have you in 900s right?
if you boost this to 250 shoudl go up but i would go with test/masteron/tbol
you need n2guard in there as your organ liver support, its a must on all blasts, made for steroid cycles - https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/cycle-support/n2guard/

Actually I make sure not to go to heavy on overhead presses. 12 years ago I was doing security at an HOA and at night when I would lock up the the community center, I would workout. I had the whole gym to myself. Unfortunately I was wearing a uniform shirt and it constricted movement and put all the stress on my rotator cuffs. I tore both of them. At first I thought my shirt had ripped. One was hanging by a thread. Both were torn through and ligaments were also messed up. I couldn't lift my arms they were like wet noodles for two months. Went for an x-ray and the orthopedic surgeon said and I needed surgery on both shoulders. And I probably wouldn't be able to lift anymore. I didn't want to get the surgery. I heard you never get back to 100 % after that I would lose range of motion. So I opted for physical therapy with a physical therapist 3 times a week for an hour. After a year I was back to normal and GTG. Here I am 12 years later no surgery and still lifting. So I'm glad I didn't listen to the Doctor. But when I'm doing presses it's not to heavy and I don't over do it. I stop when I get stuck half way up.

@Dogbreath yea the overheads are huge for messing up shoulders, so always be careful and its a fact you never 100% after shoulder or any other joint surgery imo
