G’Day fellow gym rats

Longtime forums lurker first time logger.
But I am keen to grow and learn more and more each day.

Been seriously training for about 5 years, currently running a push, pull and legs split with a fortnight session focused on deadlift progression.

Weight has been slowly coming down, currently down a total of 34kg over 18 months and am keen to continue down to double digits.

WEIGHT: 106kg

HEIGHT: 5”9

DIET: Currently being adjusted will update.

STACK: 125mg Test E daily pin ( Supplied by the legends at @Southern Cross Labs )
KLOW: 2.5mg GHKCU
GH: 3iu a night
Reta: 6mg a week (split dose to manage sides)

ANCILLARIES: 5mg Cialis daily, TUDCA/NAC blend, 2g fish oil, multi vitamin, vit d.

FUTURE STACK: continue to push test until sides appear, bump up GH and dabble in a secondary compound as an addition or control sides. Inj carnitine on the cards too.

TRAINING GOALS: 250kg deadlift (225kg pb), see my abs for once in my life and I’d like my wife to look at me with the same face from the Sabrina Carpenter meme. Likely upping Test to 175mg after next lot of bloodwork.

Will update with current Zeek pics and training (once updated).

Diet update: 190p 290c 75f
Will work on what that looks like over the coming days in terms of meals.

Stack: Bloods next Tuesday and if all looking good going to be jumping to 250mg a week, still daily pinning as I’ve become accustomed to it now aha.

GH is staying at 3iu but it won’t take much to convince me to up them too, let’s see what the coach says!

Probably going to hold this for 8-12 weeks and then if all health markers look good, full send!

Doing bloody awesome mate.
I would probably up the protein just slightly. 200g would be good. Fat or carbs could come down slightly if you are hitting your calorie goal you have set.

90kg x 15 / 100kg x 10 / 120kg x 6 / 140kg x 2 (A PB not on the plan but was feeling in the zone)

Incline DB press
32.5kg x 12 / 35kg x 10 / 37.5kg x 6

Dips
BW x 15 / 10kg plate x 9 / 15kg plate x 8

Pec Dec
80kg x 14 / 90kg x 12

Tricep rope extension
59kg x 12 / 64kg x 11

Each excerice I’ve been completing a 50% set after the last as a ‘cooldown’ of sorts, stole the idea from a friend who claims it helps with recovery. Dude is jacked af so 🤷‍♂️

45m cardio
2m@6kph 4m@4kph at 2.5% incline with a 5m cooldown at the end.

Honestly unsure of what people do with these but if anything a sounding board or advice on plans is a bonus.
