Trouble with Fat Loss

I'm trying the Keto diet and I'm still having trouble with that fat around my abs and chest area....taking in about 1900 cals a day.....my question is how low on cals can you go...I mean I dont want to lose lean tissue.....taking Gear, Need 2 Slin, and just starting adderllin....and do cardio almost every day

believe it or not i need just to take off a little more weight in the same areas and i just decided to use Hydroxycut Pro Series from GNC and it did the trick for me

Thanks I stick with this adderllin and drop my cals down to 1500 and see what happens......but I'll look into the Hydroxycut Pro

IMHO, many people just need fewer calories when they're trying to drop their last fatty areas... Sometimes the simplest answer is the best. Just eat less. Lots less.
More cardio will wear you out and hinder your weight workouts (which are the most important workouts while going hypocaloric).

And don't forget... Many (most?) keto friendly foods are high in fat (of course). A slightly larger handful say, of nuts, than the listed serving size can add a lot of calories over many "meals". If I don't weigh my high fat foods, exactly, I often find myself over eating by as many as 200kcal/day. That can break an attempt at keto.

:stilleto:I know how you feel, here is where to go if you want to stay healthy while losing the fat, facebook fanpage called The Diet Solution Program 2012 has a great way to solve you problem just go check it out and let me know how you do.

At your weight and at 20% body fat, you don't need to be that low in cals to lean up. I'd bump that cals up to about 250-260grams of protein and about 150g of fat (assuming you want to keto). At those ratios, you'll lean up as long as you stick to it. Just keep in mind, the road from 20% to sub 10% (just making an assumption on where you want to be at the end) is a long road. It doesn't happen fast without losing a lot of muscle even if you're pounding a bunch of gear. How long have you been on your current diet? What was your weight and BF% when you started the diet?

the mnore muscle you put on the more calories you will burn just in genral fromsitting to working out.
so i would say focuse mor eon mass while eatign well THEN go for more fatloss as you will have more resulte the higher amount of muscleyou have.
not a fix but a tip anyway ;-)
