trouble eating in morning

I have trouble eating much within the first 2 hours of waking up.. and even after 2 hours my first meal is small I just can't stomach anything. my last meal of the day I can always eat a ton.

Is there any ways to help this? I've tried taking b-complex vitamins in the morning but it didn't seem to stimulate my appetite at all. I've been this way all my life, i used to never eat breakfast in middle school and in high school.

anyone have any suggestions?
 
whenever I eat a slow digesting protein before bed, I wake up hungry as shit.

Try taking Bcomplex before bed w/ 20g psyllium husk fiber, you should wake up pretty hungry.

I also think you just gotta start eating in the morning, force yourself at first to et something and you'll soon get used to it, try not to eat too much just before bed
