I have trouble eating much within the first 2 hours of waking up.. and even after 2 hours my first meal is small I just can't stomach anything. my last meal of the day I can always eat a ton.
Is there any ways to help this? I've tried taking b-complex vitamins in the morning but it didn't seem to stimulate my appetite at all. I've been this way all my life, i used to never eat breakfast in middle school and in high school.
