Tri's

I really need a good workout for Tri's. My Bi's are starting to grow nicely but my triceps, no matter how hard i hit them, don't seem to be growing at the same pace. I usually do about 8 or 9 sets of about 6-8 reps. Does anyone have any superset routine(Is this a good idea?) or just a good routine that i could follow to help them grow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
 
skull crushers, close grip bench press, weighted dips, cable pushdowns (alternate rope and metal bar), seated french presses with a dumbell, single arm cable pushdowns

pick three of these exercises

do 3 sets of each in the 6-10 rep range

next week, pick the exercises you didn't do the previous week and mix it up.

if you're not training tris on chest day, make sure that you're training them 2-3 days away from chest day so they have time to recover

there is no single good arm workout, the key is to change things up and work towards getting that extra rep out so you can eventually add more weight. this equals growth.
 
Thanx, i really appreciate it. So there is no superset routine or anything like that for triceps? I am askin because im doin this really good bicep routine where I superset every set and my biceps are really growing. I was just curious. Thanx again for the reply.
