I really need a good workout for Tri's. My Bi's are starting to grow nicely but my triceps, no matter how hard i hit them, don't seem to be growing at the same pace. I usually do about 8 or 9 sets of about 6-8 reps. Does anyone have any superset routine(Is this a good idea?) or just a good routine that i could follow to help them grow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
