I appreciate the kind words bro... My diet is extremely strict and even as a nutritionist, i am not sure to how many people i would recommend it... i get between 2500-2700 calories a day... its about 65-70 protein... 15-20 carbs and the rest fat... to be honest, the ONLY source of fat i use is peanut butter... i don't think anything else i eat has more than a gram or two of fat in it... I have it really precise, down to the exact numbers... its taken me many years to get it dialed in like this but to be honest, i learned how to cook many years ago from a chef and my mom (who is basically a chef as well) and I know ways to make everything fucking so good that you can't tell how healthy it is... =)

thanks bro, i appreciate it! My body really responds nicely to sarms and I just feel so good on them that it makes my workouts even better... They are definitely my favorite types of cycles to be running... I love them!
 
So the real secret is peanut butter then? Do reeses cups count? Just kidding, brilliant work you look freaky in a good way.
 
Absolutely crazy results. I love the SARMS stack too by FAR the best thing I've ever tried especially when it comes to strength. And I didn't even use the Albuterol but my bench went from 315 to 375 in about a little over a month and now getting my old max of 315 for 6-8 reps it's insane. I didn't get near the results that you are getting though obviously it's because I never do cardio other than playing basketball and I can never keep a healthy diet going long enough. In regards to my earlier question about my gyno problem, do you think adding Albuterol and keeping a strict diet would shape up my chest? I'm desperate at this point and nothing has worked for me.
