Well you can only make money on it if it DOESN'T work, right?
Personally I would avoid anything with glucosamine in it. In fact, their claim "Includes a thermogenic maximizer called glucosamine. Glucosamine lets you store more food as energy, instead of storing it as fat. You won't find glucosamine in other nationally sold weight loss products because Trim Spa is the first to recognize the value of this clinically proven ingredient" doesn't make much sense to me.....glucosamine possibly has a negtive impact on insulin resistance to the point that some docs are monitoring their arthritic patient's blood sugar while they take glucosamine. In my book, an increase in insulin resistance is not a good thing if you're trying to lose fat. As for clinically proven, that's bullshit. It's clinically proven to reduce symptoms of arthritis but NOT to assist in fat loss.
The other ingredients may or may not help. It depends if you're deficient in any of those things. The "Thermogenic Herbal Concentrates" may slightly increase energy expenditure and decrease appetite, but they are also diuretic, which would help you drop some fluid weight if you retain a lot of excess fluid. You'd get the same effect from a standard ephedrine/caffeine stack IMHO.
BUT, I've never tried it and never even heard of it before now. If you try it, please let us know what you think of it.
