Tricks to Make Chicken Breasts Tasty?

You know. I like eating chicken. But currently when I make chicken breasts I just put a little bit of barbeque sauce on them. They usually don't taste all that great. And I'm getting real bored of doing that. I usually like to make quite a few at once so I can just heat them up later.

So do you guys have little tricks to make your breasts taste real good? Or suggestions of any sort to help me, and others make their chicken at least a little enjoyable?
 
this is needto's department. get his book pronto. if you ask him im sure hell give you a couple bomb recipes.

Marinating with ff salad dressings
pree made Seasonings ie ms dash grill master and shit like that
keep the skin on during cooking and take it off before you eat. This keeps moister and flavor in.
inject flavor with a injector

Pree flavored oils.

so on and so on.
 
croc pot, 1 can cream of chicken, olive oil. i do it 3lbs at a time and it works nicely.
 
The inner spanish/ savage comes out when i have to eat my chicken. I dunno if you bros are to the point where u wanna yak everytime you eat chicken breast but I usually cut mine into strips then cut those strips into smaller bits and mix it in with my brown rice and or beans or carb for the meal. Then add some pico de gayo ( minced tomato,cilantro,jalepeno and purple onion with lime) in with it or a salsa with 0 sugar to give it some umph. If it helped me itll help u. trust
 
i eat this everyday for lunch;

marinate 3 lbs of chicken breast tenderloins in light italian dressing for 24 hours
cook on stove (not grill)
when the chicken is just about done add some McCormicks Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning to it
in about 30 seconds the smell will make your mouth water
turn over after a minute of cooking
add more seasoning to the other side
flip one more time to get the flavor grilled in
cut the tenderloins into 1 or 2 inch pieces and set aside

get SteamFresh chicken flavored rice with broccoli and carrots(they are in your grocers freezer)
they are little bags of good stuff that you microwave for 2 minutes
nuke that shit!
1 bag makes 2 meals
i go through 4 bags a week
evenly divide the chicken into storage containers
add a half a bag of rice and put that shit in the fridge

20 minutes i have 8 ready to eat meals

nutrition:
protein 35g
fat: 5
carbs 30
cals: 500
 
Take a pack of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut all the extra fat off of it and rinse with cold water. Preheat your oven to 325. Season the crap out of them, garlic powder, grill mates chicken rub, Mrs Dash seasoning, i usually put chalula powder on it, pepper, dust it with paprika to give it color etc etc. Brown both sides in a pan with cooking oil on medium heat for 2-4 min, place them back in the cooking tray and sprinkle some more of your favorite seasoning on the tops. Cover cooking tray with tinfoil and bake on center rack for 20 min. After 20 min turn the oven off and leave the chicken in there for another 20 min. When its fresh its extremely juicy and holds up well in the fridge. If you are worried about your sodium intake you can scrape off the excess seasoning after its done. I dont, and i usually eat it with Chalula hot sauce and some kind of BBQ sauce.
