Well, since I started Westside I haven't maxed my bench yet, but I have gotten to within 95% of my bench max on close-grips. So I guess my close grip is close to my wide or my wide has jumped a bit.
im still really new to training this way, but last session i did a triple with 80% of my max bench. its not staggering but it was a PR for me so i was chuffed.
Im amazed at how well my bench has gone from concentrating on triceps training.
