What do you all do ? this is what I do.
I used to train my tri's 2x a week, but I heard training tri's only once a week is optimal for growth.
What I am currenly doing for 4 weeks, then I will change sets, reps, etc.
I do:
close-grip bench press---7 sets-10 reps---40 lbs
skullcrushers ---7 sets-10 reps---35 lbs
OH triceps extensions ---7 sets-10 reps---35 lbs
pulldowns or kickbacks---5 sets-10 reps---25-30 lbs
I just did my tri's yesterday, they are so damn sore. hopfully that's a good thing.
Is this an alright routine to follow for the next 3 weeks ?
