tricep extention compared to your benchpress

Just wondering how much can you guys BB tricep extention, also...how does it compare to your bench.
 
umm...i bench 250-260 and do 6 sets of 10 BB extensions w/ like 80
 
Its hard to say i always do them different. My version of the Jm press is bring the bar down towards my face and so i know i am in the same spot each time i just touch my chin to the bar each rep. I have done 405 for 3 reps. I have done standing tri extension with a barbell and 225. And one arm dumbell behind the head extensions with 120's for 5 reps each arm. And my bench is over 600lbs.
 
it's really going to be hard to guage these. just because you have a strong extension doesn't always mean you have a great bench. and even if you have weak extension you might not have a shitty bench. even more, people do extensions differently. some guys are doing more of a JM press or they are bringing the bar down and touching their chin to it. this last one is the way i saw dave do them. there might be another guy who is holding his elbows one position and lowering it to his forehead.
 
extension for me is lying, bar goes over/behind the top of my head and back up
 
bench 330, skull crushers and french press with 145# for 8-10 reps,will have to stop doing these cause my elbows are taking a beating.
